Waterloo, N.Y. (WHAM) - State Police and the Village of Waterloo Police Department have released all of the names of the three victims who were shot last week in Waterloo.

According to State Police, the 58-year-old Tohafjian was taken into custody at Cheerful Valley Campground in Phelps several hours after the shooting. Investigators say someone gave them a tip that brought them to that location. Troopers said he had self-inflicted cuts on his neck and wrist, and was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital to be treated for them.

Tohafjian has since been released from the hospital and was subsequently arraigned for two counts of second-degree murder.

Additional charges are pending and the investigation is continuing.
