
Rochester, N.Y. — A man is under arrest following the shooting of two men in their 30s last week on North Clinton Avenue.
Rochester Police say Frederick Williams illegally had a handgun during the incident.
He was arrested Thursday and was arraigned Friday on felony weapon charges.
On Saturday, two men were found with gunshot wounds at a gas station in Rochester.
The two were treated at Strong Memorial Hospital for injuries not considered life-threatening.
