Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) - Judge Leticia Astacio has not shown up to work at the Hall of Justice in Rochester for a third day this week.
Administrative Judge Craig Doran confirmed that Astacio failed to show up to work Monday, Wednesday and Thursday this week.
Astacio was assigned to do legal work in the Hall of Justice that kept her off of the bench. She had not worked at the Hall of Justice since August 31, 2017, citing a doctor's note that excused her from working.
A letter was sent to the embattled Rochester City Court judge on Friday, February 23, ordering her to report for work on Monday.
Astacio subsequently reported to work Tuesday, but has not been in since that day.
Judge Doran said he is continuing to consider what appropriate administrative steps he can take as the situation continues to unfold, but cannot be more specific.
