Warsaw, N.Y. – A boil water advisory is in place for the village and town of Warsaw.
This comes after a water main break caused a drop in water pressure, leading to a storage tank being drained.
The leak has been found and is in the process of being repaired, officials say.
Citizens are being told they may need to boil water for the next four to five days. Updates will be provided as they become available.
Anyone with information is asked to call the village of Warsaw office at 585-786-2120 or the Wyoming County Health Department at 585-786-8894. Information is also online.
