Henrietta, N.Y. - Continental Service Group, Inc. (ConServe) will be adding 200 jobs between its Henrietta facility and its Cheektowaga facility in Erie County, according to Senator Chuck Schumer Wednesday.
Schumer's office said the job expansion is due to a contract the company has with the IRS.
The IRS is increasing its collection work with private debt collection contractors like ConServe.
ConServe plans to host several open interview events in the coming months, including the 11th Annual Greater Rochester Career Conference & Job Fair at Monroe Community College on January 16, and Jobsapalooza in Buffalo on January 9.
ConServe is a debt collection agency headquartered in Fairport with a facility in Henrietta. In 2016, the IRS selected the company as one of four approved contractors to collect unpaid taxes as part of the IRS’s new PDC (Private Debt Collection) Program.
