According to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy pilled the women over off the exit ramp at Interstate 390.

The deputy said he suspected the two were involved in drug activity after he saw drug paraphernalia in plain view.

During an investigation, deputies determined that the driver, 22-year-old Shondrel MacWilliams of Hemlock was in possession of heroin and crack cocaine. They say the passenger, 21-year-old Gloriann Ocasio from Avon, was in possession of heroin.
