Rochester, N.Y. - As protests over President Trump's decision to withdraw from the Paris Climate Accord happen across the country, dozens held one in Rochester.

The group known as The Rochester People's Climate Coalition gathered for a rally outside the Federal Building Friday morning.

"We have to leave a legacy for our children and grandchildren and great grandchildren," said attendee Melanie Martin. "It can't just be about us. It has to be about what we leave the earth, and it's already in deep trouble."

Others added that pulling out from the deal will be bad for the environment.

"He [President Trump] doesn't see the big picture and it's really terrible I think," said Craig Jensen, who attended the protest.

President Trump says the agreement was bad for business and bad for the United States Economy.
