Henrietta man arrested for DWI following crash near Thruway rest stop


    A car that deputies believe was driving at a high rate of speed ended up rolling over and came to rest against some trees Sunday night.

    Henrietta, N.Y. - A car that deputies believe was driving at a high rate of speed ended up rolling over and came to rest against some trees Sunday night.

    Monroe County Sheriff's deputies said Marcus Way, 20, failed to negotiate a curve on Erie Station Road, which runs parallel to the Thruway, when he lost control of the vehicle.

    The car ending up striking a fence near the Thruway rest stop.

    Way, of Henrietta, was not hurt.

    Deputies arrested him for DWI. He was the only one in the car.
