Hilton, N.Y. (WHAM) - The driver who was critically injured in a crash on June 10 that killed a fellow Hilton High School senior is out of the hospital.
Officials at Strong Memorial Hospital confirmed Friday morning that Brianna Scarpulla, 18, has been released from the hospital.

The driver of the SUV that was hit was released from the hospital soon after the crash. Her name has not been released by police.
The community came together last Saturday to say goodbye during calling hours for Smith. A private funeral service for family was held a short time later.
