Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) - The second suspect of the burglaries and thefts that took place in the west side of Monroe County in June has been indicted.
Juan Carlos Ortega-Baez ,18, was indicted by a Monroe County grand jury on one felony count of 3rd degree criminal possession of stolen property.
Ortega-Baez was originally arrested in June in connection with the theft of a $16,000 UTV that was reported stolen during a burglary in Parma on June 11.
Nicolas Albarran, 22, was also arrested with a stolen ATV in June. He's charged with criminal possession of stolen property, but it remains unclear if the two cases were related.
The UTV was among several stolen vehicles from towns on the west side of the county, including dirt bikes, trucks, 15 motorcycles, and ATVs in the towns of Chili, Greece, Parma, and Hamlin.
