Man indicted on 10 felonies for Webster crash that killed 6-month-old girl

Webster, N.Y. (WHAM) - A Rochester man was indicted Friday on ten felony charges, including vehicular manslaughter and DWI, for a November crash that killed his six-month-old daughter.

Isaac Mccrea, 33, was indicted by a Monroe County grand jury for the October 31 crash on Rt. 104 East near Barrett Drive.

Police said Mccrea was driving just before 11 p.m. on Halloween night with his three children in an SUV when he crossed over an access road and slammed into a tree.

State Police say of the three children, six-month-old Karena was pronounced dead at the scene.

The other two children - Kahiri Mccrea, a 5-year-old boy, and Khyree Mccrea, a 2-year-old girl- were injured, as well.

The grand jury indicted him on two counts of vehicular manslaughter that caused the death of a child passenger 1st, six counts of aggravated DWI with a child passenger, DWI with a BAC of .08 or higher, and DWI.

A GoFundMe fundraising page has been set up by co-workers of the child's mother.
