Man shot and killed on Roycroft Drive

Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) - Police are investigating after a man was shot and killed Saturday night.

Rochester Police Department officers responded to Roycroft Drive for the report of shots fired at approximately 11:05 p.m.

Officers found 26-year-old Trez Sloan, from Rochester, laying on the sidewalk, according to police.

Fire and EMS crews attempted life saving measures on the man, who police say received a gunshot wound to his upper body.

The victim was later pronounced dead.
