MCSO: No evidence found during search for missing Perinton couple

CHARLOTTE, N.Y. (WHAM) - Members of the Monroe County Sheriff Office's SCUBA Team were in Charlotte to aid in the search for a missing Perinton couple Sunday.

The team deployed underwater sonar equipment around 1 p.m. to continue efforts to locate evidence in the disappearance of Robert and Mary Ross.

According to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, there was no new information directing the search to the area.

The brief period of warm weather allowed officials the opportunity to pursue all possible options in regards to the search.

The SCUBA team, with the aid of the Rochester Police Department SCUBA team, concluded its search around 4:15 Sunday afternoon.

According to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, no evidence was found. The couple was not located during the search.
