State Police: Lyons man broke into home, shouted racial threats at homeowner

Lyons, N.Y. (WHAM) - A Wayne County man is facing charges after State Police say he broke into a home and made racially-motivated threats against the homeowner.

Adam Doucet, 32, of Lyons was charged with second degree burglary, fourth degree criminal mischief and aggravated harassment in the second degree as a hate crime.

Doucet was arraigned in the Town of Galen Court and remanded to the Wayne County Jail on $5,000 bail. He is due back in court Tuesday.
