Oneonta, N.Y. (WHAM)-Police say a Massachusetts man reported missing since October 20 has now been found dead.

Officers say they located 53-year old Steven Kassirer's body in a ravine in heavy brush.

Troopers located his car earlier in the week in Oneonta.

Kassirer was reportedly last seen by family members in Irondequoit on October 20. He was also reported missing in Massachusetts when he did not report to work on October 23.

Kassirer is originally from Massachusetts and has family ties in Irondequoit. It is unclear why he was in the Oneonta area.

Police say foul play is not suspected at this time.
