Police: Mother, son duo arrested for allegedly selling cocaine in Geneva
Geneva, N.Y. (WHAM) - A mother and son are facing charges after an investigation into drug sales in Geneva.
Geneva Police Department and Ontario County Sheriff's Office arrested Rebecca Spann, 42, who has prior felony convictions, and her son Alec Spann, 23, and on Thursday.
Around 3 p.m. officers and deputies searched a home in Geneva, where they found narcotics, US currency, drug paraphernalia, and several firearms inside.
Police say this is the result of an investigation in the sales of cocaine that has lasted several months.
Both suspects have been charged with possession of controlled substance and are being held without bail.
