Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) - Rochester General Hospital has been cleared of possible deficiencies related to the care of a patient who allegedly killed her son.
The State Department of Health investigation into the hospital did not reveal any deficiencies related to the incident.
Hanane Mouhib, 36, is accused of killing her 7-year-old son in April. The incident occurred at their home in Sweden.
Mouhib was hospitalized for mental health evaluation from March 8 through March 26. She was released ten days before her son Abraham Cardenas was stabbed and decapitated.
