Rochester man shot on Hudson Ave, battling life-threatening injuries

Rochester, N.Y. - Police said a Rochester man is battling life-threatening injuries after being shot on Hudson Avenue late Saturday night.

Officers blocked off a portion of Hudson Avenue near Berlin Street and Avenue D for several hours after responding to the shooting around 11:30 Saturday.

Marquinn Taylor, 23, remains at Strong Memorial Hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Police do not have a suspect in custody and the investigation is ongoing.

The situation that led up to the shooting has not yet been released.
