RPD looking for person of interest in Lyell Avenue homicide

Rochester, N.Y. — Rochester Police are asking for the public's help in identifying someone described as a person of interest in a homicide earlier this year.

Four people were shot on Lyell Avenue near Angle Street around 10:25 p.m. Feb. 1, 2021.Tyshawn McConniughey, 23, was killed.

RPD is seeking the identify of an individual spotted in the area at the time. There are currently no suspects in custody.
