Rochester, N.Y. - Police are investigating a fatal crash on Shoemaker and Holt Roads in Webster Friday afternoon.

According to police, three vehicles were involved in the crash. One male victim died at the scene. Two people were taken to the hospital. Three others, including a child, were unhurt.

Crash scene technicians were on scene for five hours working to determine the events that led to the crash.

"Whatever the circumstances were in this accident, its never worth it," said Robert Rink, a neighbor who lives near the scene.

Rink, who uses Holt Road to exercise, says the crash brings up horrible memories.

Three years ago, at the same intersection, a pedestrian was struck and killed.

"It's a concern," Rink said. "We wear orange vests just to make sure we stand out."

As Webster police are actively working to determine a cause, neighbor KC Territo says he wants answers.

"There's accidents all the time at that corner," Territo said. "It's a blind corner. How many people have to die until they say we need street lights?"

The identity of the victim has not been released.
