Son of Penfield murder suspect indicted on child pornography charges
Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) - The son of one of the four murder suspects in the Craig Rideout murder case has been indicted on child pornography charges in an unrelated case.
Theodore Tucci, 20, was indicted Friday by a Monroe County grand jury on five counts of possession of a sexual performance by a child under the age of 16.
Tucci is the son of Paul Tucci, who is one of four people indicted in the murder of Craig Rideout.
According to Monroe County Sheriff's deputies, during the course of their investigation, they obtained evidence against Theodore. They said he possessed images and videos of sexual conduct by a child under the age of 16.
Theodore Tucci was arrested in December on the child pornography charges.
