Two indicted for Sept. 20 murder on Bernard Street
Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) - Two men have been indicted by a Monroe County grand jury on murder charges in a deadly shooting investigation.
Tysean Rumph, 20, and Paul Horn, 24, are both indicted on six felony charges in connection with the September 20 shooting on Bernard Street near Hudson Avenue.
Both are charged with two counts of second-degree murder, two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and one count each of first and second-degree robbery.
Police say 65-year-old Thomas Hardaway of Rochester was shot at least once and died at the scene.
