Rochester, N.Y. – There are new developments in the University of Rochester sexual harassment scandal.

The university has filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit filed in December. The suit claims the school botched the handling of sexual harassment claims against Professor Florian Jaeger.

A recent report cleared Jaeger of any criminal activity, but said he did engage in inappropriate behavior and suggested the university change its policies.
