Milano and McCoy hurt in Bills loss
The Bills lost far more than just the game on Sunday.
Running back Lesean McCoy left the game in the first quarter with a hamstring injury and did not return. He had just two carries for one yard before exiting.
Of potentially greater concern is the injury to linebacker Matt Milano, who had his leg rolled up on during the Jets game winning drive.
Milano twisted to the ground, his leg stuck under quarterback Sam Darnold. He stayed down for several minutes before being carted off the field, as players from both teams wished him well.
The second-year pro out of Boston College has been outstanding for a Bills defense that ranks near the top of the NFL in many statistical categories.
Sean McDermott will almost surely update the status of both players on Monday.
