Josh Allen named starting QB for Buffalo Bills in Week 2

    Orchard Park, N.Y. (WHAM) - Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has been named the starter for Sunday's game.

    In a news conference late Wednesday morning, head coach Sean McDermott confirmed the news that was initially reported by ESPN's Chris Mortensen.

    The Bills will be playing the Los Angeles Chargers at 1:05 p.m.

    The decision comes after Peterman was given the starting job for the first week's game against the Baltimore Ravens. Peterman threw two interceptions and went 5 for 18 in a 47-3 blowout loss. Peterman earned a 0.0 quarterback rating in the game.
